Monitoring & Support manager

As a Monitoring & Support manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of our energy resources while playing a key role in customer relations and resolving issues. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our growing company. You will report directly to Viktor Håkansson, Head of Operations.
Areas of work:
🖥️ Monitor and maintain the performance, uptime, and reliability of the energy resources.
🗨️ Ensure customers and partners are well informed.
🌱 Develop and refine support processes to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
📈 Analyze platform metrics and user feedback to proactively identify and address potential issues.
🚨 Act as the escalation point for technical issues, ensuring rapid and effective resolution.
🤝 Collaborate with tech team to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements. (Even better if you have coding experience yourself)
